# Prepare the syrup at first. When the mixture of the sugar
and water reaches to the boiling temperature over medium heat, turn the heat to low and add lemon
juice into the mixture. Boil the mixture for 5 more minutes. Then remove it from the stove.
# Melt the butter, without burning it. Cool it down and pour all over the kadayif. Pick the kadayif into small pieces to make it mixed with the butter well.
# Break the eggs into a deep bowl and whisk them in it. Add salt-free grated feta cheese
on it. Add milk
and baking powder on it also, and mix it well.
# Grease a medium size baking tray with 7 tbsp vegetable oil. Place the prepared kadayif into the tray by forcing on it a little to make it stay firmly.
# Place the tray into the oven, which is preheated to 374 F. Bake it, until its upper side turns into golden yellow. After removing it from the oven, pour cold syrup all over urgently.
# When it soaks the syrup, slice it into squares and serve.
