Bulk Buns



Instructions:
# Put the yeast, warm water, warm milk, white of one of the eggs and full of the remaining one and add castor sugar in it, mix it well.
# Add half the flour into the mixture, add the vegetable oil and grated lemon rind into the mixture after mixing it for a while, add the remaining flour into the mixture little by little while kneading the dough. Add the cleaned raisins into the mixture finally.
# Cover the dough and rest it for half an hour.
# Grease a small heat resistant baking pan or tray, pour the rested dough into the tray and lay it smoothly.
# Spread the remaining yolk all over the dough, and then pour the mixture of milk, vegetable oil, flour, castor sugar, cocoa, sodium bicarbonate and vanilla all over the dough.
# Place the tray into the cold oven, and bake it with 392 F heat. (for about 35 minutes)
# Remove the buns from the oven, slice them into matchbox sized pieces when it cools down and serve.


Note: You must eat the “Bulk Buns” in a short time, because it becomes stale in a short term.

3 tbsp flour
7 tbsp milk
7 tbsp vegetable oil
3 tbsp castor sugar
1 pack vanilla
1 tsp cocoa
1/4 tsp sodium bicarbonate
