# Roast the flour with oil.
# Boil the lamb in a pot, and pour its water on roasted flour, and boil for 10 more minutes.
# Place the lamb on an oven tray and sprinkle salt on it.
# Get the mixture with yogurt and the mixture with roasted flour together, and mix so well. It should be cold.
# Pour this new mixture on the lamb.
# Preheat the oven to 180 C (F 356) and cook until the surface turns red.
