Easy Pudding as with Chicken Breast


Instructions:

1 litre milk
4 + 1/2 tbsp flour
4 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp margarine
1 gum mastic
Cinnamon
 

# Roast the flour with butter until it turns pink.
# Add milk slowly by mixing.
# Cook over medium heat by stirring consistently until it reaches thick pudding consistency.
# After turning off the stove, add the powder of pounded gum mastic.
# Mix with the medium speed of the mixer for 15 minutes.
# Wash a plate with edges and let some wetness on the floor. Pour the dessert on it.
# Cut into pieces, after refrigerating for about 4-5 hours, and sprinkle cinnamon all over and serve.


Note: You can add flour after cooking the pudding instead of adding while roasting flour.
