Cheese Balls



Instructions:
# Put the grated feta cheese into the mixing bowl. Crumble the stale bread slices onto the grated cheese and break the eggs onto the mixture then.
# Knead the mixture, until it smoothens. Add finely sliced parsley, crushed red pepper and black pepper in it. Knead it for a while more.
# Pick pieces from the meatballs’ mixture and shape them. Fry them in hot oil with pink color.
# Serve them hot or tepid.


Note: You should consider the salt in the cheese, if you want to add salt into the mixture. If the cheese is too salty, you should rest it in water for about 2-3 hours before starting to prepare the mixture.

2 thick slices of stale bread
2 eggs
10 – 15 stems of parsley
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tsp black pepper

For Frying:
1 + 1/2 cups vegetable oil
