Beefsteak with Kashar Cheese



Instructions:
# Prepare the liaison at first; grate the onion, add olive oil, salt and black pepper in it, and mix. Dip the beefsteaks into this mixture, cover and refrigerate them overnight.
# Grill or cook the rested beefsteaks in the skillet with some butter.
# In the meantime place the grated kashar cheese into a heat resistant cup, and place this cup into the pot which is full of water, and place this pot over medium heat. By this way melt the kashar and make it liquid.
# Pour the melted kashar cheese all over the beefsteaks just before serving. # You can garnish with potato puree also while serving.


Note: You can cook the beefsteaks without dipping into the liaison and resting overnight, but the beefsteaks could be harder in that case.
