Banana Ice Cream



Instructions:
# Pour the milk into a pot which is not enamel.
# Add starch, 5/6 cup granulated sugar and salep powder into the milk, mix it by a beater.
# Cook over medium heat by stirring constantly.
# When the mixture starts to boil and gets a elasticity, remove it from the stove.
# While cooling the mixture down by stirring time to time, pour the remaining sugar onto the bananas, and mash them to get their puree, mix and strain, if you can.
# When the ice cream cools down, add the banana puree in it, mix it well, and pour the mixture into a plastic bowl.
# Place the bowl into the freezer, remove it from the freezer time to time and mix it until the ice cream freezes in the freezer.
# When the ice cream reaches to the right consistency, cover the cap of the bowl. Pick pieces from the ice cream by a spoon or ice-cream spoon and garnish it, when you want to serve it.


Note: Bananas turns to dark in a short time, sugar prevents it to turn to dark as possible as it can.
